With their longtime San Francisco coworking location facing a lease expiration, Pacific Workplaces made the strategic decision to relocate to a new space in the heart of downtown. Workplace Studio supported the team on an accelerated timeline, beginning with site selection, preliminary test fits, and budget analyses across multiple locations. A refresh-focused design approach kept the project moving without the delays of a full permit process, while ensuring the Pacific Workplaces brand was front and center throughout the new space. Workplace Studio also led move management, coordinating the relocation of existing members from the original location and adapting in real time when remediation work required a phased move-in, delivering a seamless transition into a dramatically transformed environment.
