With the evolution of workplace design, Kelly provides innovative solutions that effectively support the ever-changing workplace landscape. Her knowledge and respect of construction details and process, provides a leg up when it comes to bringing her customer’s vision to life.

Prior to Workplace Studio, Kelly was a seasoned Designer and Project Manager for The Hauser Group where she developed Corporate Facility Standards programs,  oversaw construction and vendors at both a national and international level. 

Today, Kelly leads the day-to-day team and workflow of Workplace Studio, bringing her depth of design and construction expertise to every project. She navigates everything from local code and permit requirements to the complex interplay of schedule, budget, and design—ready to tackle any challenge that arises.

As a coworking and flex workspace consultant, Kelly has developed high level real estate assessment tools to prioritize square footage and real estate savings. She also has extensive experience in site tours, budgeting and financial evaluations.
