Obie Companies, an operating and development firm, sought to bring a premier coworking experience to their mixed-use development, 5th Street Public Market, in Eugene, OR. The campus includes two upscale boutique hotels, retail, restaurants, cafés, and a seven-story apartment building. Workplace Studio was engaged as a coworking consultant and as the interior and brand design partner, working alongside Obie’s in-house design/build project team.
