Prior Workplace Studio, Kelly was a seasoned Designer and Project Manager for The Hauser Group where she developed Corporate Facility Standards programs and oversaw construction and vendors at a national and international level.
Kelly now leads the day-to-day team and workflow of Workplace Studio as Managing Director and Feasibility and Project Management Strategist, bringing her depth of design and construction expertise to every project. From negotiating local code or permit requirements to balancing the interplay of schedule, budget, and design, she is ready to attack any challenge.
As a coworking and flex workspace consultant, Kelly has developed high level real estate assessment tools to prioritize square footage and real estate savings. She also has extensive experience in site tours, budgeting and financial evaluations.
