A multi-family high rise luxury development by Stoneleigh Properties in Arlington Heights, IL, was looking for the right amenity or service to complete their renovation and the land use plan within the unfinished raw first floor retail space. With a signed contract for redevelopment of this space as coworking, Workplace Studio was hired to bring the vision of the owner and coworking operator to life. 100% of the retail space was to become an amenity-rich workspace for both tenants and the public. Including the newly constructed mezzanine, the total workspace was over 16,600 square feet.
