Sorrells & Company partnered with Workplace Studio and 25N Coworking to redevelop a historic property along Austin Avenue in downtown Waco, TX, transforming long-standing bank and theater buildings into a vibrant coworking destination. Workplace Studio refreshed the space to align with 25N brand standards while preserving and celebrating original architectural elements, creating a functional workspace that reflects the character and history of the property. The project was delivered from concept through opening, with ongoing support through Workplace Studio’s facility management team.
