Pacific Workplaces’ Cupertino location was at 100% occupancy when their lease expired, prompting ownership to relocate to a new space better suited for future growth and the incorporation of refreshed interior branding. Workplace Studio’s initial role included conducting site surveys, developing test fits, and providing budget analyses for multiple locations to support the final site selection. The team ultimately created a dynamic, functional, and efficient workspace within a smaller footprint. The project proved so successful that within the first year Pacific Workplaces expanded into a contiguous space, increasing their overall square footage by more than 30% and becoming a full-floor tenant.
