Pacific Workplaces – San Jose, CA

Pacific Workplaces’ San Jose location was at 100% occupancy with a strong meeting room business when their lease was approaching expiration, leading ownership to relocate to a refreshed, rebranded space better aligned with future growth. Workplace Studio’s initial role included conducting site surveys, developing test fits, and providing budget analyses for multiple locations to support the final site selection. At the new location, occupants exit the elevator directly into an open and inviting community space. Workplace Studio designed an efficient and productive operational environment for the on-site team, centralized meeting rooms to support hospitality excellence, and enhanced workspaces—all within a reduced overall footprint.
