A successful franchisee group secured a new two-story space for a ground-up Venture X coworking location in Fort Mill, SC. The vision was to create a space that adhered to Venture X brand standards, developed by Workplace Studio, while incorporating upgraded materials, finishes, and a local character to better serve the Fort Mill community. Workplace Studio created a standout design that fulfilled this vision while enhancing operational efficiency and member engagement.
