Mara Hauser

CEO and Workplace Strategist, RID
Mara is the Founder & CEO of the independent brand 25N Coworking as well as Founder & Principal of Workplace Studio. A Registered Interior Designer (RID) by trade, she has been bringing innovative concepts and problem-solving designs to workplaces for more than 30 years. As a strategic consultant, she guides the client’s “big idea” to an executable plan for schematic design that focuses heavily on brand building and revenue models. Her role includes practical ideation and high-level analysis with a focus on programming, product and amenities mix, adjacency diagrams, and fleshing out an often-overlooked question: “Who Do You Serve”? In the past few years, she has led ideation sessions for nearly 40 existing coworking companies and coworking startups.

As a thought leader, Mara directs over 30 independent coworking operators as President of the League of Extraordinary Coworking Spaces (LExC) — a reciprocal network of nearly 100 hand-picked coworking locations. For the past 4 years, she has lead coworking and design-related panels and webinars for the Global Workspace Association (GWA) and headlines coworking and design sessions at GWA and NAIOP’s annual Flex Office Conference. Mara is also a regular contributor to the Everything Coworking Podcast and provides educational programming through its “Start-Up School.”

Kelly Bozelka

Studio Project Manager and Senior Designer
Strategist, Project Management + Design Feasibility
Kelly is a data-driven project manager and designer who has been streamlining client projects for nearly a decade. Attuned to budget restraints and market research, Kelly is focused on project deliverables, drawing details, negotiating local code and permitting requirements, as well as balancing the interplay of schedule, budget, and design.

As the Studio + Lead Project Manager for Workplace Studio, she has executed projects and led teams for large-scale corporations like ADT/TYCO International. As a Project Management Consultant, Kelly has developed high-level real estate assessment tools to prioritize square footage and real estate savings which includes extensive experience in site tours and financial evaluations. In the past few years, Kelly has conducted feasibility work and design for 9 coworking companies at over 15 coworking locations around the country.

Meagan Slavin

Strategist, Operations + Team Culture
Meagan is the results-oriented Managing Director of 25N Coworking and leads hospitality/community management teams in the Chicago and Dallas metro areas. As an operational consultant, her role includes culture building and personnel structuring as well as crafting day-to-day processes and procedures that reflect the organization’s brand and mission. She is also experienced with HR functions, employee hiring and training, sales processes, and creating procedural communication tools as well as culture-focused employee handbooks. As an industry leader, she communicates and consults regularly with the employees and operators of over 30 independent coworking spaces as Vice President of the League of Extraordinary Coworking Spaces, which includes onboarding, management-specific consulting, and training community managers to utilize LExC’s network for a better member experience in their space.

Erin Maresko

Graphic/UX Designer
Strategist, Brand Identity + Marketing
Erin is the Director of Marketing & Brand Management at 25N Coworking and has been working or collaborating with dozens of coworking spaces since 2014. Her contributions include graphic design, brand development, visual communications, marketing and advertising strategies, as well as web design and user experience (UX). Through Workplace Studio, Erin has engaged with flex office industry clients like the Global Workspace Association (GWA), Everything Coworking, and four startup coworking space operators seeking to create, manage, or improve their brand. In addition, she has consulted with TriNet to facilitate partnerships with dozens of coworking spaces, and she is behind the The League of Extraordinary Coworking Spaces’ brand and website which serves 30 coworking space brands at over 90 locations around the world.

Lindsay Fong

Senior Designer

Lindsay's vast experience designing commercial, corporate, hotel, restaurant and high end residential projects has allowed a unique approach to deliver creative out of the box designs. Lindsay has a strong passion for design and is able to see a project from concept to completion.

Prior to joining Workplace Studio, she was a Senior Designer for a firm in downtown Chicago where she worked on numerous national restaurant and hotel accounts. This expertise in hospitality design translates to efficient planning and an understanding for how people interact within a designed environment.

In her spare time she is busy raising 2 young boys with her husband, traveling as much as she can and spending time with family and friends.
